There are 50 technicians in PQIC. It includes 19 quality surveyors, 17 nondestructive surveyorsand14 physicochemical testers. 32 people have the nondestructive testing of twopersonnel certificate and 23 people have nondestructive examinationcertificate. After that, 37 people have physicochemical test certificate. ThePQIC has 168 sets of inspection gauge, 15 sets of nondestructive testing deviceand 20 sets of physicochemical test equipment. All the devices possess the certificateof authentication.

There are 30 senior technicians and advanced mechanical equipment.It includes (美國哈斯) HS-EC-500 five-axis machining center, (德國德馬吉) DMU85machining center, (臺灣) KV-12OOATC CNC vertical lathe，(臺灣) CNC-2150H CNC Longmen drilling andmilling center, common horizontal lathes provided by Shenyang Machine ToolCompany and Shanghai Wenze three-coordinates measuring machine. All the machinesare equipped with fixture tools, cutlery and bust. The products can notonly provide various couplings to conductor assembly plant, but also offer finefixings to oil equipment.

The factory possesses the beltline of conductorinstalling with independent research and manufacturing. That can realize intelligentcontrol for conductor’s assembly, welding, test and anticorrosion. All thedesigns above can improve the primary yield and the efficiency. The factorypossesses 20000 square meter and the annual capacity is 120000 meter.

The company has internal and external beltline and can take anticorrosion action for the inside and outside of the Ф273～Ф1424mm steel pipe. The standard is DNI 30670, CAN/CSA2245.21-M92, NFA49-710, SY/T0413, SY/T6530, API RP5L2 and GB/T23257-2009. The annual capacity is 1.2 million square meter.
